2 tablespoons Follow Your Heart Vegan Egg
1 English muffin or 2 slices sourdough bread
1-3 teaspoons nondairy buttery spread (try Melt)
1 slice vegan cheese (try Field Roast Chao)
1-2 slices plant-based deli meat (try Tofurky Hickory Smoked Deli Slices)
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Prepare the Follow Your Heart Vegan Egg in a bowl and add a dash of salt and pepper to the mix. Pour the mix into a medium saucepan and cook for 2-3 minutes until it is firmed up. Flip and cook to ensure both sides are lightly browned.
2. Toast your the bread or English muffin and slather with Melt (or other nondairy buttery spread) to taste.
3. Stack one piece of vegan cheese and as much hickory smoked Tofurky as your heart desires onto the bread.
4. When your vegan egg has fully cooked, place it on top of the Tofurky and voila…Egg McMuffin, vegan style!
